OCF Boulder Provincials Wrap-Up
Boulderz Hosts Massive Season Finale in Bouldering
A huge thank you on behalf of the OCF to Boulderz Climbing Centre in Etobicoke for putting on a Boulder Provincial Final that inspired. While the finals were challenging at times, the athletes showed incredible determination as they fought to top each and every problem - they demonstrated exactly what our sport is about.
We also wish to thank our volunteers, judges and technical staff, the Boulderz staff and community, and our coaches and parents for all of their support. Ultimately, though, we have to thank our athletes the most for all of their hard work in preparation for the competition. It is their exceptional work that made the event such a success!

CEC Youth Boulder Regionals and Youth Boulder and Lead Nationals - Qualification
This year, CEC is hosting Youth Boulder Regionals, Youth Boulder Nationals and Youth Lead Regionals. CEC has allocated a quota to the OCF for each event. We will allocate these according to our published Selection Policy.
Youth C are eligible to compete at Regionals and we have been allocated ten (10) spots. The top eight (8) athletes in each category at OCF Boulder Provincials will automatically receive spots to Youth Boulder Regionals.
Youth B, Youth A and Junior athletes are eligible to compete at both Regionals and Nationals. The top five (5) athletes in each category at OCF Boulder Provincials will automatically receive spots direct to Youth Boulder Nationals.
The next eight (8) athletes at OCF Boulder Provincials (placements #6-#13) will automatically receive spots to Youth Boulder Regionals.
Now that OCF Boulder Provincials are complete, we have opened the application process to fill the remaining two (2) spots as well as any declined top thirteen spots or any extra quota received from CEC. please click here for the Application Form. The deadline to apply is Friday, April 7 at 5pm.

OCF Series Awards
At the end of the season we will recognize the top three (3) athletes in each category from Youth D through Adult based on overall rankings across all three disciplines.
Watch out for these awards to be handed out at the awards ceremony for Top Rope/Lead Provincials at Junction Climbing on April 2nd!
