Administrative Update

Dear Members of the Ontario Climbing Community,

We would like to inform you that Nathan Abdelnour has stepped down from his position as Executive Director of the OCF. We greatly appreciate the time and effort Nathan has dedicated to the organization during his time with us, and we recognize the contributions he has made in supporting the development of competitive climbing in Ontario.

Under Nathan’s leadership, the OCF has made strides in several areas, most notably, helping achieve Provincial Sport Organization status as well as helping to secure provincial funding. As we move forward, the OCF will continue to prioritize the programs and initiatives that have helped strengthen the foundation of our community.

The OCF Board of Directors continues to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and development. The OCF’s operations will continue as usual, with the Board and its committees working together to ensure a smooth transition and maintain our focus on supporting our athletes.

We wish Nathan all the best in his future endeavours and thank him for his service to the OCF and the Ontario climbing community.
