Volunteering at competitions is a great way to get involved and support our great community.
For this competition, we need Athlete Organizers to ensure everyone’s ready to race when it’s their turn; and Clippers to ensure that the athletes who are actively racing are properly attached to their auto-belay.
There are morning and afternoon shifts.
GYM WAIVERS:
Please follow these instructions carefully and complete your documents before the comp to reduce delays at check-in.
Everyone entering the gym must have a current Facility Waiver on file. This includes athletes, coaches, spectators, volunteers and officials.
In addition, everyone 12 and up who will be climbing needs to complete an online Facility Orientation no more than 48 hours before you arrive at the gym
Finally, everyone must complete In-Person Autobelay and Bouldering Orientations (adults can opt out of in-person orientations as part of their online Facility Orientation)
Agreements can be completed online at https://hubclimbing.com/waiver/
