Ontario is Looking for Coach Developers!

The OCF is looking for qualified instructors to administer the CEC's National Coaching Certification Program for climbing. The CEC will provide all necessary training and support in Ottawa (expenses covered by the CEC).

Requirements of the Coach Developers (CD) include: confident individuals with experience facilitating learning with exceptional organization and communication skills. Expertise in climbing not necessary.

The CD will then train potential coaches for community or competitive programs through weekend workshops once every two years as a minimum.
