OCF Strategic Planning Committee Application
The Ontario Climbing Federation (OCF) is seeking passionate individuals and stakeholders to join the OCF's Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) and make a significant impact on the sport's advancement.
Ideal candidates possess skills and experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and research analysis. You willl play a vital role in drafting our strategic plan and presenting recommendations to the Board. If you have a background in amateur sport, non-profit governance, and have conducted focus group sessions we would love to have you on board.
The SPC will be a close-knit team committed to meeting every two weeks (or as needed) to ensure project completion. As sport climbing evolves and professionalizes, the OCF aims to establish a comprehensive multi-year Strategic Plan that guarantees the long-term growth and development of the sport.
