Notice of OCF Annual General Meeting & Call for Board Nominations
2023 CALL FOR NOMINATIONS TO OCF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The OCF is seeking candidates for our Board of Directors. There are up to three (3) open positions for a two-year term (2023-2025). Information on our nominations process is included in the attached Information Package.
These are exciting times of growth and development for the OCF. Since the last AGM we have:
Hired our Executive Director
Created and implemented an independent complaint process and a first-ever Strategic Plan
Become the officially recognized provincial sport organization for climbing in Ontario.
Our continued success depends on having a strong Board of Directors and other volunteers to support the organization.
We are hoping to build a team with a broad range of combined skills and experience. If you are passionate about sport climbing and would like to help shape the future of competition climbing in Ontario, we ask you to please consider joining the Board.

NOTICE OF 2023 OCF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
We are pleased to announce that the OCF’s 2023 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will take place on Wednesday, November 15th, 2023 at 7:00pm.
This year’s meeting will be held virtually via zoom.

Approval of 2022 AGM minutes
Annual report
Presentation of 2022-2023 Financial Statements
Introduction of candidates for election to the OCF Board of Directors
Voting / election of Directors

Important: Instructions for joining the meeting will be shared with OCF Members (anyone with a 2023/2024 Competitive Athlete, Coach and/or Supporter membership) by email in advance of the meeting. To make sure you receive this information, please make sure your membership and contact information are up to date in the OCF registration system.
