The CEC will release further information regarding this competition as it becomes available.
Eligibility
Youth B, Youth A and Junior athletes are eligible to compete at CEC Youth Lead Nationals. You must be a current season OCF member to be eligible for an OCF quota spot to any CEC event.
Pre-Qualified Athletes
The following athletes have received an invitation from CEC direct to Youth Lead Nationals:

Molly DREHER - Junior Female
Christian CHAN - Youth A Male
These athletes are pre-qualified based on past performance and do not take up OCF quota spots.
OCF Quota and Selection Policy
The OCF has received ten (10) spots per category to Youth Lead Nationals.
The OCF’s quota will be allocated according to our published Selection Policy:
The top eight (8) athletes at OCF Lead Provincial Championships will receive spots automatically.
We will fill the remaining two (2) spots - as well as any declined top eight spots or any extra quota received from CEC - through an application process.
If you did not finish in the top 8 at OCF Lead Provincials, please submit an application if you wish to be considered for a spot at Nationals.

Qualified athletes should register directly with CEC: https://member.climbingcanada.ca.
Please note that CEC’s registration system is completely separate from the OCF’s and requires a different username and password. You will need to purchase a 2022-2023 CEC license and then register and pay for the competition.
